Returns are accepted at any time within 15 days of receipt. Please email support@sabounie.com to initiate a return or exchange. All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment minus shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold so we do not accept returns on already used soaps.
SHIPPING INFO
We usually ship using USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2 to 3 days from the time we ship. We normally ship within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your order. If we are out of stock on a particular item, we will email you and ask if you would like to make another choice.

Basic Patch Test Instructions
- Wet a small part of the soap.
- Rub the area on a band aid.
- Apply the Band-Aid to the inside of your upper forearm towards the armpit, or inside of the elbow, or the underside of your wrist.
- Hold there for 2 hrs
- Remove bandaid and wash with water and wait for 48hrs and observer the skin
- If a reaction occurs contact your physician.
